The issue with your attempt [and it was a good attempt! I mostly just did this -->] was that it was in HTML and Proboards doesn't like it so much :] it's not bad though, if you just open Word or something similar, and replace all "<" with "[" and ">" with "]" you'll find it mostly works.
I pulled out a bit of formatting [there was a heap left over at the bottom, just closing tags] and then fought for a while to get the width in right
